18 yo boy presented with c/o depression after breaking up with his girlfriend. He was placed on Zoloft, became activated with compulsive suicidal ideation, and was briefly hospitalized. During hospitalization he was started on: Abilify 5mg and Lamictal (next week he will on 200 mg). However, he had remained quite depressed and was started on Wellbutrin (first the SR and then XL- 150mg) about 3 wks ago. His depression has responded but he has developed nausea and vomiting after meals. What is the cause of Nausea & Vomiting?
This is a real case, so I don't know the answer.
