Q. Which of the Following is Good Prognostic Factor for Schizophreniform Disorder?

(a) Confusion not presenting at peak of psychosis.
(b) Onset of psychosis occurs within four weeks of behavioral changes.
(c) Presence of blunted or flat affect.
(d) Poor premorbid social and occupational functioning.

B.. confusion as a part of acute psychosis is better than confusion presenting at some other time.

You are right !!

Good Prognostic Factor for Schizophreniform Disorder:
(a) Onset of psychosis within 4 weeks of behavioral changes.
(b) Confusion presenting at peak of psychosis.
